Hi, my name is Troy Zupancich, I am the owner and founder of Zups Construction LLC.
I manage every phase of the business. I strive for 100% customer satisfaction while providing homeowners with high quality craftsmanship. The kids you see in the photos will hopefully some day take over the business and keep the spirit of hard work ethics and quality craftsmanship, strong.
Away from work I volunteer my time coaching special Olympics basketball, my kids track and staying active in my community.

Project Manager, Sales
Hello! My name is Eric Zupancich. I am the project manager with Zups Construction. I am the person who will come and give you a roof estimate and the one responsible for your project during the construction phase.
Away from work, my wife, Kashai and I enjoy spending time together playing with our three children, Enzo (5) Kloë, (3) and Mikah (1). Seeing them grow up and learn new things in life is super rewarding! Other fun things I like to do includes taking walks and bike ride with the family and dog, watching and playing basketball, playing bass guitar and making music. I look forward to meeting you and working on your house!
