Hi, my name is Troy Zupancich, I am the owner and founder of Zups Construction LLC.
I manage every phase of the business. I strive for 100% customer satisfaction while providing homeowners with high quality craftsmanship. The kids you see in the photos will hopefully some day take over the business and keep the spirit of hard work ethics and quality craftsmanship, strong.
Away from work I volunteer my time coaching special Olympics basketball, my kids track and staying active in my community.
